MACON FOSTER-
Macon Foster began working in homebuilding alongside his father in Dallas, developing an early appreciation for craftsmanship and quality construction. With more than 40 years experience and having worked for a national builder in Raleigh, NC, his career has focused on creating thoughtfully designed homes rooted in timeless architecture.
In 2013, Macon became a principal with Greater Austin Builders before co-founding Foster Howard Design Build. Based in Austin, he specializes in luxury custom homes inspired by traditional, comtemporary and Spanish colonial architecture, blending refined design with lasting craftsmanship.
Outside of work, Macon enjoys a well rounded and meaningful life with his family. He enjoys swimming and cycling and loves traveling with his wife, Jennifer. His faith is an important part of his life and, above all, he treasures spending time with his growing family.

KEITH HOWARD-
Keith Howard is a native Austinite with roots as deep as the city itself. Born and raised in the heart of Texas, Keith’s life has been shaped by two enduring commitments — his faith in God and his love for family. He married his high school sweetheart, Tammy, and together they have built a home filled with purpose, raising three sons and a daughter they adopted as their own. Faith isn’t a footnote in Keith’s story — it’s the foundation everything else is built on.
With a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Texas State University and over 24 years of hands-on experience in residential design and construction, Keith founded Greater Austin Builders and Howard Custom Homes, where he leads every project from initial concept through final occupancy. He believes that building a home is more than a transaction — it’s a calling. The families who trust him with one of the most significant investments of their lives deserve honesty, craftsmanship, and someone who genuinely cares about the outcome.
Keith’s professional roots run deep as well. Before launching his own ventures, he developed his craft with respected regional builders including D.R. Horton, Village Builders, and Bowen Family Homes, rising from Lead Superintendent to Construction Manager before stepping out on his own. That ground-level experience — managing foundations, framing, mechanical systems, schedules, and subcontractors — remains at the core of how he operates today.
For Keith, every project is an opportunity to serve well, leave something lasting, and reflect the values he holds closest — integrity, hard work, and doing right by people. As Colossians 3:23 reminds him: “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.” That verse isn’t just a motto — it’s the standard he brings to every nail driven and every relationship built.
